- The project consisted of 4500 square feet of new construction for the newly created entity with a mix of open private offices, open area and meeting/entertaining areas. The project involved using only sustainable materials in order to receive the LEED Silver designation, including 100 year old reclaimed wood used in reception and 100% recycled denim for all wall and duct insulation.

- An expansion and renovation in place totaling 22,000 square feet for one of Chicago’s largest and oldest Integrated Marketing and Advertising Agencies located on the 23rd and 28th floors with sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Michigan Avenue. The construction involved completely updating the 28th floor where all critical functions occur while not disrupting daily life and accommodating scheduled client meetings and presentations and moving “non critical” activities down to the newly constructed 23rd floor providing the necessary swing space, all work was completed in 24 weeks.
