Our second projects in two years for this client involves the construction of a 24,000 square foot sales office and production facility located at 311 S. Wacker Drive on the 3rd floor. Having successfully completed a similar project in 2005 at 200 W. Jackson Blvd we were again selected to provide full General Contracting Services on this project for one of the nations premier financial printing companies. - Project

- Naperville Corporate Center – a four building complex totaling approximately 340,000 rentable square feet located at 1230, 1240, 1245 & 1250 Diehl Road in Naperville Illinois. The project involves complete renovation of interior lobby’s and corridors using dark woods, stones, and up to date finishes and lighting with a dramatic, eye-catching modernization for each building entry involving a state of the art metal pan system. The result will serve to reposition the entire complex as one of the most desirable locations for business in the I-88 Naperville corridor.

- The complete renovation of a 200 room hotel, including penthouse, overlooking Lincoln Park and the Lake Front on Chicago's North Side. The project includes all new mechanicals, addition of a spa, meeting rooms and banquet facilities. Also a part of the renovation is the inclusion of a fine dining restaurant in the main lobby.
