Promenade Retail Mall

The Promenade Retail Mall project is a 50,000 sq. ft. retail strip center located in Mokena, Illinois.  The site is a 4.5-acre parcel with parking for 250 cars.  The building is a combination steel and masonry structure with brick exterior, utilizing limestone for accents.  Each suite has custom color aluminum glazing with one-inch insulated glass.

Construction was completed September 2005.
