An expansion and renovation in place totaling 22,000 square feet for one of Chicago’s largest and oldest Integrated Marketing and Advertising Agencies located on the 23rd and 28th floors with sweeping views of Lake Michigan and Michigan Avenue. The construction involved completely updating the 28th floor where all critical functions occur while not disrupting daily life and accommodating scheduled client meetings and presentations and moving “non critical” activities down to the newly constructed 23rd floor providing the necessary swing space, all work was completed in 24 weeks.
