Program Details

10-Week Launch Program

Class sizes are intentionally limited to provide in-depth training across key sectors of the industry, including leasing, investment sales, title, entitlements, and property management. 

Participants gain direct access to top industry professionals and are matched with mentors who have hands-on experience in their chosen area of focus. In addition to expert-led instruction, students build valuable peer connections with others pursuing careers in commercial real estate—creating a powerful network from day one.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this program for?

The program was designed for up-and-coming aspiring commercial real estate professionals. That can be seniors in college, graduate students and new agents and property managers.

However, each year we have welcomed seasoned commercial real estate attorneys, lenders and other professionals that are seeking a big picture view of their role in the industry.

Are there scholarships available?

Yes! Thanks to our generous sponsors, we can offer up to 90% scholarships to students enrolled in an in-person or hybrid campus. Scholarship requests can be submitted with an application. We also encourage corporate sponsorships and can provide you with an email template to help you request support from your employer.

How much time will the program take to complete and what times do the classes occur?

The program is designed for working professionals so it is possible to complete it while working full time or holding an internship. We tell participants to expect to allocate 10 hours a week. The only times that require your scheduled attention and attendance are Mondays and Thursdays at noon central time for one hour. The rest of the time is self guided to accommodate your schedule.
