Rick Holland was amazing! He was an incredible mentor—always helpful and welcoming. I learned so much from him. The experience was wonderful, especially touring some of his developments like the Birdsong Apartments. Every single meeting, I learned something new. I couldn’t be more grateful to have had him as my mentor.

I absolutely LOVED Bethany! She is such a light and an amazing individual. She had so much knowledge and insight to share - I could not have been more appreciative! I hope to keep in contact and continue to have her as a lifelong mentor, friend, and industry connection.

It was a great experience as [my mentor, Chad Knibbe] was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about underwriting which is what I am interested in. He was willing to share so much knowledge about it and was extremely helpful to me for any questions I may have had so it is something I truly appreciate and am grateful for.
